Worst customer service ever! I will never return.

Have been one of their most loyal customers and biggest tippers, yet they lost me. Last 2 times I went in they had people who signed up on line and we 'Walkins' waited and waited while they kept putting people ahead of us. On line people should be told, 'we will honor your appointment 'if' there are not Walkins ahead of you'. Great Clips told me they 'don't take appointments', and it says over their door: 'Walkins Welcome' -yet 'Walkins' are treated like second class customers and are Not welcome.

They are driving people away with this favoritism to people online. Not everyone wants to have to sign up online. I am willing to wait while other 'Walkins' are serviced who are ahead of me, or people who are still being in the chair, but I refuse to be told after 45 minutes that they are still waiting for people to show up who logged in from Starbucks or McDonald's and don't want to wait. How unprofessional.

I have owned a business and know the meaning of customer service. P.S. Feel so sorry for my stylist, she is the best I have had in years, she loses a good customer because of Great Clips policy. People waiting should be serviced first!

You can't have it both ways.

Get a clue Great Clips!

Yea, who wants to sign up online and then walk in and be pushed ahead of people who are waiting as a walk in. I don't like to be rude and cut in line and don't like the looks I get. Great Clips makes me look like I am being unfair.
