Great Clips - Unthinking employee
I have been under lots of stress recently and began having scalp
Inflammation. I started using dandruff shampoo which helped some,
But eventually went to a dermatologist. He told me it was the stress
Causing my problem. When I was getting my hair cut, your employee practically yelled the question " do you always have scalp inflammation?"
I know other customers in the waiting area heard her because they looked in our direction. Her name is Brooke and she works at the booneville location in bryan Texas. Your employees need to have training in using their inside voice and whispering such questions in the customers ear and not telling the entire room.
Also my bill had a tip already added. I hadn't planned on leaving one!!
Location: Bryan, Texas

I am an ex employee of great clips. They are a horrible company.
I am so sorry this happened to you. They do not care about the clients. They want you in and out as fast as possible and want to sell as much as they can to you. I was told to do my haircuts within 10 to 15 min.
I felt horrible after each cut, like I had *** the whole thing. They don't care about you. They care about your money. I was fired over a disability I have...
Not even gonna get into that. I'm just glad I'm outa there. I can tell you is I am a stylist, I care about my clients. I don't give a *** about the money.
Something that might help is tea tree oil or a tea tree shampoo. It will cool your scalp and help with dandruff. You can get it cheaper at like Walmart or something. But if you have open wounds ask your doctor.
And again I am so sorry that they treated you that way. And no the tip is not included unless you yourself add it to our credit purchase or give a cash tip to the stylist. I hope this helps. Good luck and simply don't go back and you can also call corporate to complain.
They may compensate you but I can't promise anything because again they don't seem to give a ***. But I would absolutely tell them about the tip thing because that is basically ripping you off and in my eyes, theft.
I cannot believe as a stylist you recommended someobe buy a hair product at Walmart. And say you value your clients in the same paragraph.
She's recommending an essential oil that will truly help. The tee tree essential oil you get at walmart is the same tee tree essential oil you get at a distributor as long as the bottle says it's only tee tree with a carrier oil.
