Great Clips - Sign in after not online and served before

Went to great clips in guntersville. Signed in when i got there. There was an online +2 ahead of me and another customer. The online brought 3 one that was not signed in. That one signed in after us 2 that had also signed in onsite. She was told that they would see her 1st since she was with them and they took her right on back. We were signed in before her and so i left with no haircut because that should not have happened.

Great Clips - Walk in but had to wait for online schedule appt to arrive

I think it’s great to schedule online but if I got there before they arrived I should be seen first. And what if they are not coming in why should I wait to see if they are coming. I’ve been sitting there waiting. People came in and left because they were told an hour wait due to 4 online appts., They were waiting for. Your losing business. Also not fair to those who do not have technology!
