I went to Great Clips for a trim (at the time my hair was at the middle of my back). I told the hairstylist I wanted 2 inches off of the bottom, layered and angled in front.

When I walked out my hair was up to my shoulders with choppy, uneven layers and no angles to speak of.

Now I'm going to have to spend extra money just to get it fixed and deal with the embarassment of walking around like this in the meantime. I will never go to them again due to their lack of trained stylists.

Monetary Loss: $13.

I've been to great clips many of times and have been satisfied every time.The haircuts are 100% garenteed if you were unhappy did you ever think of calling or going in to talk with management to have it fixed?

I have a short pixie cut. I went in for a simple trim and a young woman (Deanna) took me back.

She took no care to how she was cutting and kept turning around to gossip with her co-workers. I payed the 15 dollars and left. When I came home, I realized the hair around my ears was extremely uneven. My right side much shorter than the left.

On the left, some pieces are jutting out because they obviously never got touched with scissors. It's been 2 days and I'm still extremely upset about how my hair looks.

I'm embarrassed for people to see me and my self confidence is destroyed. I can't wait until it grows back because with a pixie cut, there's no way to hide.

I find this hard to believe because I have been in and Deanna cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She was very professional and recommended a great new product that made my cut look even better.I highly recommend her and the other girls I've had have all done a great job too!

Right on the bottom of the receipt it says all services are 100% guaranteed. So maybe if you weren't happy you should have said something and they could have taken steps to rectify the situation.

Instead you chose to vent to the masses online. I bet that didn't help you save any money.

You sound exactly like the bogus complainer who took her 10-yr-old daughter in to have her hair cut exactly as you describe...right down to the end results. You're obviously some vindictive SKANK *** who has nothing better to do between "fixes".
