The next day I went in and showed the manager that I had a straight area that didn't take. She wanted me to stay and get another perm but I was pressed for time that day.

That week my husband was placed under Hospice care and I was more or less homebound tending to his needs.

About a month later, I went in again and was told by one of the stylists that I had probably blown my hair dry causing it to be straight and that the manager was in meetings until Sat.

I called her on Monday. She said she would be there on Tuesday from 1-9. I said I would be in and would like my money back instead of them re-perming my hair. I had made an appt. with another shop but wanted this manager to see that my hair was straight.

When I went in on Tuesday, I was told that the manager had called in sick and was scheduled off Wed. My appt. with the other shop was Thurs. I couldn't put off the appt. due to my limited time.

I feel like I have been wronged and will never go to a Great Clips again.
