One customer -- or ex-customer -- described it well: "A fifteen minute wait can turn into a forty-five minute (or more) wait for the customer who was physically present but not booked online." That's exactly what happened to me! And I was pissed.

Fortunately, I guess, I DO have a computer, but what about people who don't? Hey, ever hear of K.I.S.S.? It stands for "keep it simple, ***." Let's go back to "first come, first served." Oh, great. now I'm told I can't post unless I use 100 or more words!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
