I just stopped in for a neck trim and the lady who greeted me looked sarcastically thrilled to be alive. She then buzzed my neck and took less than 2 minutes on me, didn't use a mirror at the end. I went to my vehicle only to find chuncks of my long hair cut off (trying to grow out) in 3 different places. I can't believe i felt obligated to tip for that bad service. Now my undercut is all jagged.
